blah, blah, blah

that's how I feel. Blah. I've started a new eating and workout regimen and today, it's kicking my you-know-what. Unfortunately literally! I decided to revisit the Weight Watchers. When I've done it (and I mean actually done it, not the half-assed method), it's really worked for me. So, I decided to give it a go. I wanted to lose 10-15 lbs. by the time we go to Europe. That's the end of April, so it may or may not be realistic. We shall see. My first meeting was the 2nd. Yikes! That's always the worst. But last week's meeting was encouraging. Down 3.5. I've been hungry so much, though. This week is better, but oh my. It's been killing me! This week, I decided to step up the workouts. I think I stepped to hard! I've been recording the workout shows from FitTV and doing those. They're kicking my butt! I think I'm going to try some of the DVDs I already own next. Maybe I need to take the day off? I've been making good use of the Arnica (I've used gel in the past, but this time I'm trying cream). That stuff is straight from heaven. It takes the edge off of aching muscles and sometimes the aching goes away completely! I buy mine at Wild Oats. Well worth the money!
