Tomorrow!

Tomorrow already! I can't believe it's here! Sept. 15th. We're closing on our house at 11:00 in the morning. OH MY GOSH! We've been packing like mad people over here. And, I don't see how we're (I'm) going to get it all done. Chris is working today, so, it's kind of left up to me. Yikes! Scooby and Mimi are very confused right now. Mimi is totally scared of the boxes. She doesn't like them at all. Especially the broken down boxes that we haven't put together yet. Poor little girl. LOL! Bob came over last night and packed up the rest of the kitchen. Most of it was already done, but there still a few dishes we'd been using plus the food in the cabinets. I think she got all of it done (I was working on packing my scrapbook stuff...talk about scary!). That was more of a help than she'll ever know. I was just feeling so overwhelmed!

So, Chris is officially out of the dog house. I'm not sure I posted about him being in the dog house, but here's the deal. He decided to be in charge of getting the utilities taken care of, but didn't get the cable company called until last Friday. The first available date they had was the 26th. This wouldn't be a big deal if it were just cable, but we have our internet and phone through the cable. Oops! Well, I had a guy in class this week who has a bunch of friends that work at Cox, and he gave them a ringey-dingey. We now have an appt. for 3:00 tomorrow. Yay!!! Our refrigerator isn't getting delivered until Sat. though. I wonder if that was dumb. Oh well. No matter now. I'm pretty sure it can't get changed. Wow! This is a big week!
